The Huboween Story
It was always about putting smiles on children's faces
Huboween was never about making money. It was about helping people, encouraging children, and giving our community something positive when it needed it most.
How it started
During COVID, Regan Weiss imagined an experience inspired by Jurassic Park. Families would drive their vehicles along a path and see Halloween characters in place of dinosaurs. It was an ambitious idea built on a simple belief: if you build it, they will come.
And they came.
Thousands of people have experienced Huboween throughout the years, and from the very first event, the money raised went back into the community. Six Huboweens later, that part has never changed.
Why year seven looks different
Huboween grew up as a Halloween attraction โ and it got big. But somewhere between the fog machines and the haunted tents, we kept coming back to the reason it existed in the first place: the kids.
So Huboween 7 is a pumpkin patch. Free to attend, free pumpkins for every kid 10 and under, free candy, live music, and a warm evening under the string lights with your neighbors. Costumes are welcome โ superheroes and princesses fit right in. The fundraising mission is exactly the same: 100% of event proceeds go to Hublife Charities.
Where the Money Goes
Hublife Charities
At Hublife Charities, every event is a chance to empower our neighbors. Huboween is one way we raise funds โ with all proceeds going to scholarships, holiday assistance, community programs, and more in New Port Richey.
